1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Africa OS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Africa OS provides a modular enterprise operating system that includes but is not limited to identity management, CRM, billing, scheduling, inventory management, reporting, and workflow automation modules. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Obligations

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Africa OS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Africa OS, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or Africa OS.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
